We regret to inform you that the Board of Directors of K2 Management and CEO Henrik Stamer have, by mutual agreement, decided to release Henrik from his duties as CEO, effective of Wednesday, October 31, 2018.
The Board of Directors is currently in the process of hiring a new CEO to lead K2 Management and as soon as a contract is signed an announcement will be made.
In the interim period, co-founder Lars Hammershøj will take the position as CEO supported by co-founder Per Melgaard and Chairman Kaj Lindvig.
“We would like to take the opportunity to thank Henrik for his efforts during the last seven years and wish Henrik all the best in the future. With a new company strategy for the next three years, we believe the time is right for a change in the executive management team.”
