K2 Management personnel have ably represented the owner’s interest in many technical aspects of the project including the foundation design, certification and tendering process, contributed to installation procedures and vessel selection and offshore sub-station structural engineering. In addition, K2 Management personnel are managing much of the remaining design. Lastly, K2 Management is providing full planning and scheduling services for all aspects of the projects.
Over the past several years, K2 Management has played a crucial role in the continued success of the Cape Wind Project. As advisors, their work has been thorough, thoughtful, timely and professional. In addition, they have been able to draw on wide range of skill sets within the K2 Management organization to provide insights and advice on how to avoid numerous potential concerns before they are encountered.
